Refund & Returns Policy – Vasiliki

PLEASE READ PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER

At Vasiliki, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return or exchange eligible items in accordance with the following terms.

Return Period

• Returns for a refund can be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items received after the 14-day period will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition.

• Returned with all original tags attached.

We recommend trying on all purchased items when you receive them to ensure adequate time for returns within the 14-day window. 

* Please note items on sale or bought via promotion with codes or on sale events such as Black Friday, Boxing Day are final sale. In the event that you are unsure of your size please email our team at info@vasilikicollections.com for assistance. Exceptions can be made to exchange for a different size/style. 

Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

• Earrings

• Bodysuits

• Swimwear

• Underwear

• Fragrance & beauty products

• Sale items or items purchased during promotions (e.g., Black Friday, Boxing Day)

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Original shipping fees and sales tax on shipping are non-refundable.

• If a prepaid return label is requested from us, the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

• We strongly recommend using tracked shipping for returns. Vasiliki Collections is not responsible for lost or delayed packages sent via untracked methods.

Condition of Returned Items

• Items returned with minor damages or stains may be accepted with a small processing charge.

• Items received outside the allowed return period will not be accepted.

Return Process

1. Email info@vasilikicollections.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

2. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with return instructions.

3. Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including the invoice/packing slip.

4. Send your return via a traceable shipping method.

• Returns within Canada: Use a tracked shipping service.

• Returns from outside Canada: Use a reliable service (e.g., FedEx, Express Mail) and mark the package as a “Return” with a low declared value (0–10 CAD) to avoid customs charges.

Refunds & Processing Time

• Once your return is received, items will undergo a quality inspection.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method for the purchase price (excluding shipping).

• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, plus additional time for your bank to finalize the refund.

• You will receive an email notification once your refund or exchange has been processed.

Important Notes

• We do not refund original shipping costs, except in cases where the item was faulty.

• Customers are responsible for all return postage costs.

• Vasiliki Collections is not responsible for customs delays, courier delays, or lost untracked packages.
