You may return or exchange (where available) your online purchase made from vasilikicollections.com for any reason, subject to adherence to following terms:
Returns for refund can be made up to 14 days after receiving the item(s) by mail. After the 14 day period item(s) will not be accepted.
All item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered and in original condition. All tags must be in place. We recommend trying on all purchased items when received to ensure adequate time to return items within our returns time frame.
Earrings, bodysuits, swimwear, underwear, fragrance and beauty products are “final sale” with no possibility of refund or exchange unless the merchandise was found to be defective.
- Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable.
- Customers are responsible for shipping fees associated with any returns.
* Please note items on sale or bought via promotion with codes on sale events such as Black Friday, Boxing Day are final sale. In the event that you are unsure of your size please email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
RETURNING BY MAIL (WITHIN CANADA)
- Mention reason and email at email@example.com for return or exchange
- After emailing for return or exchange, you will receive a confirmation email
- Enclose the pack slip invoice in your return package. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging.
- We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier. We are not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier.
- All shipping costs, including those incurred for returns are non-refundable. Upon receipt, allow approximately 10 business days to process your credit. Please allow a few days for your bank to process it.
RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE OF CANADA
Express Mail: For returns sent by mail, please use an express postal service to ensure your item is received within the accepted time frame.
Courier: For returns sent by courier, please use a reputable courier company such as Fedex.

Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted.
Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review. Once cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or refund on the cost at purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow 5-10 days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund or exchange once processed.
We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.
